Review by hotel critic
During my recent gourmet getaway at Piast, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's culinary offerings. the charming restaurant on the bottom floor, La Cascada, served up a delightful array of local and international dishes. I found myself indulging in their signature dishes, each a symphony of flavors that satisfied my discerning taste buds. What truly stood out was the innovative use of local ingredients in their dishes, showcasing a deep understanding and respect for the region's culinary heritage. the ambiance of the restaurant was cozy, exuding a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for a relaxing dining experience. the proximity to Dobra Cajovna, a quaint tea house just a stone's throw away, provided a perfect spot for post-meal relaxation with a soothing cup of tea. As a historian with an appreciation for authenticity and tradition, I must say that Piast's dedication to preserving and incorporating historic elements, be it in cuisine or décor, truly sets it apart. If you're a food enthusiast seeking a taste of history and innovation, Piast is a must-visit.
